Four things we do properly.
Anything outside them we turn down rather than half-deliver. In our experience these four areas cover what agencies actually outsource - and none of them overlaps with what you sell yourself.
Web development
Custom websites on WordPress or as a static build. Clean markup, no page-builder debt, maintainable by your team rather than only by us.
- Custom themes and Gutenberg blocks
- Pixel-accurate Figma delivery
- Multilingual websites
- Performance budget from day one
E-commerce
WooCommerce and custom store systems. Product logic, bundles, shipping and tax rules for the European market.
- WooCommerce extensions
- Bundle and set products
- Payment and shipping integration
- Migration from existing stores
Integrations
Connecting CRMs, APIs and internal tools. Usually the part where projects stall and deadlines slip.
- Propstack, FLOWFACT, property feeds
- Gravity Forms and process flows
- REST API and webhooks
- Automation and data sync
Technical SEO in the build
We do not run SEO retainers. We make sure the build does not get in the way of the strategy you sold - that is a different job.
- Core Web Vitals and load time
- Structured data and markup
- Clean URL and page structure
- Relaunch migration with redirect mapping
What a build looks like from the inside
An excerpt from a CRM integration: fields from the third-party system are mapped onto our own model before they reach the template. The site stays stable even when the client renames a field inside the CRM.
What we work with
How we fit in
Three models, depending on how your agency works.
Per project
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date. For single websites, stores or clearly bounded tasks.
Monthly capacity
A set number of hours you allocate freely. Predictable for both sides, cancellable monthly.
Extended team
We work in your tools and your ticket system, at your rhythm - like an in-house team.
Before you have to ask
01 Will you work with our existing code?
Yes. We take over existing themes, plugins and stores and continue inside them rather than rebuilding everything. We look at the code first and tell you honestly whether continuing or rebuilding works out cheaper - including when that answer means less work for us.
02 Can you join client calls under our name?
Yes, as long as the meeting runs in English. You tell us which name and which role to use, and we stick to it. For German-language meetings we stay in the background and give you everything you need for the conversation beforehand.
03 How does billing work?
For projects, a fixed price after the brief, usually 50 per cent at start and 50 per cent on handover. For ongoing capacity, monthly. The invoice always goes to your agency, never to your client.
04 What happens after handover?
30 days of warranty on everything we built. After that you can book us for maintenance or take it in-house - code and credentials are fully with you.
05 Do you take on small tasks?
Yes. A bug fix, an extra landing page or a form adjustment beats no start at all. Many partnerships began exactly that way.
Looking for a developer who simply delivers?
Tell us briefly what it is about. You get an honest assessment within one working day - including when we are not the right partner for it.
